Huge congratulations to Max Morgan from JP2 squad for being selected for the Swim England National Development Programme !

Two new Club Records were set at the last Long Distance event – the 1500 freestyle – of our Club Championships .
Ernie Hill – from JP1 squad set a new record in the boys 12 years old age group in a time of 19.15.55 and his sister Olivia – from SP squad in the girls 15 years old age group in a time of 18.38.12
Well done to the Hills !!!

All training sessions at Wimbledon High school are cancelled until Mon 25 October

Well done to everyone who raced last weekend at the 1st round of this season’s Arena League which was back after it’s break for the last 18 months !
Our swimmers set 24 new PB’s – not an easy task when racing just the clock .
Huge congratulations to Edward Henwood for breaking a Club Record in the boys 12 years age group 100 butterfly event in an excellent time of 1.13.32 !
Great effort by all swimmers and officials ; let’s keep up the good work for next rounds scheduled for 13th November and 11th December .

Just a reminder that Wimbledon High School pool is closed this Saturday 9 October due to a school event taking place – training sessions are cancelled .

Well done to Max Morgan ( 13 years – Junior Performance 2 squad ) who broke 2 Club Records at the Festival of Swimming held at London Aquatic Centre last weekend 24/25 July.
Max gave an absolutely outstanding performance in both 100 and 200 breaststroke events and not only won both but also broke Club Records in fantastic times of 1:13.97 and 2:47.91 respectively .
Max added another win in 200IM in a time of 2:33.41
What a great achievement !
