ENTRIES. With the exclusion of Wandsworth SC and Barnes SC:

• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Entries open on May 1 at 8:00 am and close on May 15 at 11:59 pm.
• Entries must be submitted via the Meet Entries portal.

WITHDRAWALS. You can withdraw from any events on the Meet Entries portal until 11:30 am on June 19th - instructions here. On the day  withdrawals can be submitted by your coaches to the technical desk before the warm-up starts.

 

VOLUNTEERS. All volunteers who attend one session will be offered snacks and hot and cold drinks. All volunteers who attend two sessions in a day will be offered snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a delectable buffet lunch. Please sign up here:

POOLSIDE PASSES. Coach and Team Manager passes can be ordered via this form [link coming soon]:

• Poolside Pass: £10 per day, per person.
• The Pass includes refreshments and water throughout the day.

• Poolside Pass WITH LUNCH: £20 per day, per person. 
• The LUNCH pass includes: 1 hot drink; 1 take-away lunch (sandwich, fruit, crisps, flapjack, water); refreshments and water for the day.

 

SPECTATORS. Tickets are now available to be purchased online via TryBooking.

• Single session: £6
• Day ticket: £10
• Children under 12 (accompanied by an adult): free
