ENTRIES. With the exclusion of Wandsworth SC and Barnes SC:

• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Entries open on May 1 at 8:00 am and close on May 15 at 11:59 pm.
• Entries must be submitted via the Meet Entries portal.

WITHDRAWALS. You can withdraw from any events on the Meet Entries portal until 11:30 am on June 18th - instructions here. After that, withdrawals can be submitted by your coaches to the technical desk before the warm-up starts.

 

VOLUNTEERS. All volunteers who attend one session will be offered snacks and hot and cold drinks. All volunteers who attend two sessions in a day will be offered snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a delectable buffet lunch. Please sign up here:

POOLSIDE PASSES. Coach and Team Manager passes can be ordered via this form:

• Poolside Pass: £15 per day, per person.
• The Pass includes refreshments and water throughout the day.

• Poolside Pass WITH LUNCH: £25 per day, per person. 
• The LUNCH Pass includes: 1 hot drink; 1 take-away lunch (sandwich, fruit, crisps, flapjack, water); refreshments and water for the day.

 

SPECTATORS. Tickets are now available to be purchased online via TryBooking.

• Single session: £6
• Day ticket: £10
• Children under 12 (accompanied by an adult): free

HOW DO I GET TO K2?

• The address is Pease Pottage Hill, Crawley RH11 9BQ
• Even easier, here is a Google Maps link.

 

CAN I PARK THERE?

• On-site parking is available and free. There’s an overflow car park if necessary. A K2 marshal will direct you inside the car park.
• Remember: the car park is also a bus route, so only park in the marked bays or you might get a ticket.
• Even more important: do not park on the main road, as your car is likely to get towed away.

 

SHOULD I BRING FOOD?

• Swimmers can bring food with them, but:
• foods containing nuts are not allowed;
• please dispose of rubbish carefully, to avoid anyone slipping (put it back in the bag, or use the bin liners poolside).
• Coaches who booked a pass and all officials are welcome to join us for breakfast and lunch in the first-floor meeting room.
• For all spectators, the café will be open on both days. Credit card payments only!

 

ONCE I ARRIVE AT K2, WHERE SHOULD I GO?

• For all our guests who are new to the K2 Sports Centre, please find attached a map of the facilities.
• Swimmers shall:
• Leave clothing and rucksacks in the lockers inside the changing rooms (you will need a £1 coin which will be refunded when you leave). 
• Due to space restrictions, swimmers can only bring by the pool a drawstring bag.
• Go to the assigned Club area around the pool – you will see your club logo on the wall.
• Do not place bags or sit on the ventilation system of the pool.
• Before the warm-up, inform coaches of any races they do not wish to attend.
• Volunteers (J1 trainees, non-technical volunteers, coaches, chaperones, Team Managers, photographers, Coaches and Teachers) can collect their lanyards and lunch wristbands at the Welcome Desk.
