ENTRIES. With the exclusion of Wandsworth SC and Barnes SC:

• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Entries open on May 10 at 10:00 am and close on May 25 at 11:45 am.
• Entries must be submitted via the online portal, here.

WITHDRAWALS. You can withdraw from any events on the entries portal until 11:30 am on July 4th - instructions here. Any last-minute withdrawal can be submitted by your coaches to the technical desk.

VOLUNTEERS. All volunteers who attend one session in a day will be offered snacks and hot and cold drinks. All volunteers who attend two sessions in a day will be offered snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a premium buffet lunch. Please sign up here:

POOLSIDE PASSES. Coach and Team Manager passes can be ordered via this form:

• Poolside Pass: £10 per day, per person.
• The Pass includes refreshments and water throughout the day.

• Poolside Pass WITH LUNCH: £20 per day, per person. 
• The LUNCH pass includes: 1 hot drink; 1 take-away lunch (sandwich, fruit, crisps, flapjack, water); refreshments and water for the day.

SPECTATORS. Tickets are only available to be purchased online after June 15. You can buy your tickets here or scan this QR code:

• Single session: £6
• Day ticket (2 sessions on the same day): £10
• Children under 12 (accompanied by an adult): free

PHOTOGRAPHY. Simon Roe (Official Photographer to the Sussex County FA, Club Photographer to Kingstonian FC & Saltdean United Mens & Womens FC) will be attending the event to take great pics of your swimmers! Pictures will be available to preview here and organised by session. Each gallery will appear once it is populated so you can order your favourites shortly after the event.
